I have listed a new property at 16675 Mapletree Close in Surrey.

GLENWOOD subdivision in desirable FRASER HEIGHTS! well-maintained home in a quiet cul-de-sac, just steps to Pacific Academy, Fraser Wood Elementary, and a park around the corner. Bright and spacious with a well-planned layout, this home features 2 skylights for extra natural light. Recent upgrades include a washroom, new furnace with A/C (2025), and a new dishwasher. Quality details throughout: Corian countertops, extensive crown mouldings, and a huge laundry room with space for an extra fridge/freezer or storage. Enjoy summer living on the large deck off the kitchen and living room—perfect for BBQs! Excellent street appeal in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods.
